1. Arkansas Form W-2 Filing Requirements for the 2020 Tax Year
Employers in Arkansas must file Form W-2 with the state in addition to federal filing only if there is a state withholding to report.
As an employer in the state of Arkansas , you must file

- Form AR3MAR - Withholding Year End Reconciliation
2. Arkansas Form AR3MAR
(Employer’s Annual Reconciliation of Income Tax Withheld)
Form AR3MAR is an Employer's Annual Reconciliation of Income Tax Withheld for reporting the total tax amount withheld from an employee’s paycheck.
Arkansas requires Form AR3MAR along with the Form W-2.
3. Arkansas Form W-2 Filing Deadline
The deadline for filing Form W-2 is January 31st, 2021. The deadline for filing the Employer’s Annual Reconciliation of Income Tax Withheld Form AR3MAR with the Arkansas state is February 28, 2021.

4. Arkansas Form W-2 Penalty
