As an employer in the state of Michigan, you must file

Form 447 is a Transmittal for Magnetic Media Reporting of W-2s, W-2Gs and 1099s for reporting the total tax amount withheld from employees’ paycheck
Michigan requires Form 447 along with the
Form W-2.
3. Michigan Form W-2 Filing Deadline
The deadline for filing both Form W-2 Transmittal for Magnetic Media Reporting of W-2s, W-2Gs and 1099s Form 447 with the Michigan state is January 31, 2021.
