Employers in pennsylvania must file Form W-2 with the state in addition to federal filing only if there is a state withholding to report.

- Form REV-1667-Annual Withholding Year End Reconciliation

Form REV-1667 is a Annual Withholding Reconciliation Statement for reporting the total tax amount withheld from an employee’s paycheck.
Pennsylvania requires Form REV-1667 along with the Form W-2.
3. Pennsylvania Form W-2 Filing Deadline
The deadline for filing Form W-2 filling and Annual Withholding Reconciliation Statement REV-1667 with the Pennsylvania state is January 31, 2021.
