VT Form WHT-434 is a Vermont Annual Withholding Reconciliation for reporting the total tax amount withheld from an employee’s paycheck.
Vermont requires VT Form WHT-434 along with the Form W-2.
3. Vermont Form W-2 Filing Deadline
The deadline for filing Form W-2 and Vermont Annual Withholding Reconciliation VT Form WHT-434 with the Vermont state is January 31st, 2021.
